🎯 Project Overview

LightOTP was developed as a practical technical solution for companies needing a reliable and fast infrastructure to enable passwordless authentication via WhatsApp. The system focuses on reducing integration time for developers, providing clear operational and management tools for business owners through an easy-to-use dashboard and flexible scenarios based on the plan.

The platform serves two main segments:

• Developers needing a clear API to send OTPs quickly.
• Companies needing subscription/balance/usage management within a stable operational environment.

⚙️ Core Functions in the System

• API Key Creation & Management: Enables users to easily create API keys and link them to their applications. Each key serves as an independent access point for the OTP sending service. The architecture supports tracking consumption for each key separately.
• Sending OTP via WhatsApp API by Plan: The system supports sending OTP messages via WhatsApp in two ways: Sending via QMind Tech's number (within specific plans), and sending via the client's own number when subscribed to a dedicated plan.
• Using Message Templates: When an exclusive number plan is adopted, the system allows the use of custom message templates. This unifies the messaging experience with brand identity and WhatsApp requirements.
• Subscription & Balance Management: The system supports subscription cycle management (start, renewal, status). Balance management is directly linked to sending operations and usage volume. Provides a clear view of account status before executing operations.
• Tracking Key Usage & Message Traffic: Precise monitoring of consumption for each API Key. Tracking sent message traffic and targeted numbers. This tracking aids in analysis, operational review, and cost control.
• Admin Control Panel: A centralized dashboard to manage: Users, Plans, Subscriptions, and Balances. Gives the operational team full control over the system environment and tracking operational performance.
